Pallant House Gallery, Chichester
A more welcoming tone of voice

Pallant House Gallery has a collection of collections - world-class modern and contemporary British art housed in an exquisite 18th century Queen Anne house and 21st century gallery, situated in the heart of historic Chichester.

The Gallery wanted to reinvigorate their brand and after conducting an internal process to create a new brand strategy they approached Winster Marsh to work with the team to develop a new tone of voice. Firmly rooted in the Gallery’s brand values, the new tone of voice guidelines explain how the Gallery can bring their ethos to life, not just in what they say, but how they say it. It’s another step forward in welcoming audiences to discover how art can have a place in their lives.

“Jo empowered staff in all departments - and at all levels - to consider what changes they could make in upholding the brand through their use of language, verbal or written. She brought great energy. Her advice around managing change has also been invaluable.”
